I’ve led visioning workshops for a variety of clients where we’ve prompted them to think about their vision for the product / their organization and the desired state for the future. These sessions consisted of a presentation of emerging industry trends and unifying themes. I then led  thorough discussions to surface out those that align best with their vision and specific levers of change to get to the desired future state. 

I took findings and transformed them into vision statements that I’ve refined and tweaked together with clients to truly reflect their identity and purpose for the product / as an organization.
